Old Man Repeatedly Fetches Water To Help A Poor Dog

Dogs are called the dog’s best friends for a reason. They are not only a source of joy — but some of them also turn out as a lifetime companion, especially for the old and needy.

Some older people keep dogs as pets to give them emotional security. Since a lot of them are left alone by their family, these fur friends turn into their much-needed companion.

Because of the bond between dogs and their owners, It is not surprising to see videos of them bonding and treating each other as families.

But this video will surely pull your heartstrings. Prepare your tissue or your hankies.

Old Man Helps A Poor Dog

In the middle of a busy street, a bystander happened to pass by the right time and place. There were sacks and boxes of what looks like trashes stacked next to a wall. There was also a pushcart next to the boxes, probably to either take them to the garbage bin or to deliver them to a recycling facility.

But the focus of the video is not on the trashes. Instead, it was a black and white dog patiently waiting next to the metal push cart.

The dog stood there as if it is waiting for someone.

Then, an old man walked away from a sink.

As it approaches the dog, his hands are cupped together and offer it to the animal. Apparently, the dog needed to drink some water.

Knowing that the water he offered to the dog is not enough, the old man went back to the sink and gave more to the thirsty pup.

The idea of the old man offering water to the dog is already touching.

However, the continuous scene of him going back and forth just to quench the thirst of the poor dog is more heartwarming.

Even if the old man needs to return to the faucet to fetch more water, we can all see that he’s happy. He was smiling all throughout the video as if it’s the most normal thing to do.
