These students raised funds for a teacher who didn’t receive his salary.
Being a teacher is not an easy job. Beyond just teaching knowledge to children, educators serve many roles in the classroom. They set the tone of their classrooms, creates a warm environment, mentor and nurture role models. But despite any struggles they face, their profession is still fulfilling to them.
There are teachers from all parts of the world that are not compensated well enough. One of them is the substitute teacher named Bruno Rafael Paica from Brazil who didn’t get paid for two months.
On the video he shared on Facebook, he is seen entering his class without knowing that his students prepared something for him. When he entered the room, all his students were all behaved and he was probably curious why they are all extremely settled.
His students then told him to read something outside the window. After reading the note, he went back inside but he looked very concerned, probably expecting some kind of a prank. But the teachers seems going with the flow.
The students made him walk around the room to read notes on every table. Hiss face brightened when he read all of it. Apparently, his students knew what he was dealing with and decided to start a campaign to raise funds for him.
When he went to his desk, he found a small box that contains the cash they raised for him. Teacher Bruno couldn’t believe and started to became emotional. He walked towards the middle of the blackboard and started crying. His students all came to give him a big warm hug.
