Mang Inasal is one of the famous fast-food restaurant in the Philippines that offers a delicious chicken inasal or barbecue. Commonly known as inasal, chicken inasal is a Filipino variant of lechon manok is marinated in calamansi, pepper, coconut vinegar, and annatto, then grilled over hot coals while basted with the marinade.
Recently, one of the branch of Mang Inasal became popular because it proves to be different among the rest. On the Facebook post from Gremma Cuello Avellano, she shared the story of Tatay Armando, a regular crew member for SM Center.
According to Gremma, it was the first time that she witnessed an old man working as a service crew in a fast-food restaurant. She then decided to share it on social media. She also praised that particular branch of Mang Inasal. The old crew was identified as Tatay Armando. Meanwhile, Mang Inasal also earned praise from netizens.

Moreover, working as a fast-food crew can be quite demanding because it requires speed, efficiency, good basic knowledge of Mathematics, and a pleasant personality. It’s not easy to be in this job and kudos to this elderly man who is able to do his job.
